Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 14, 2026

Our Commitment

OnChange is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to make our platform usable by the widest possible audience.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards. Current conformance measures include:

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
  • Keyboard navigation support throughout the application
  • Skip-to-main-content link for screen reader users
  • ARIA labels on interactive elements (buttons, navigation, forms)
  • Reduced motion support via prefers-reduced-motion media query
  • Focus-visible indicators on all interactive elements
  • Color is not used as the sole means of conveying information
  • Form inputs have associated labels and error states
  • Text content meets WCAG AA contrast ratio requirements
  • Dark mode support for users with light sensitivity
  • Responsive design that works with browser zoom up to 200%

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas where accessibility can be improved and are actively working on them:

  • Visual Selector Builder iframe may not be fully accessible with screen readers
  • Some third-party embedded content may not meet our accessibility standards
  • PDF reports may need additional tagging for full screen reader compatibility
  • Complex data visualizations (SVG charts) have limited alternative text descriptions

Assistive Technologies Supported

OnChange is designed to be compatible with: NVDA and JAWS screen readers, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, TalkBack on Android, keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom and text scaling, and high contrast modes.

Assessment Methods

Accessibility is assessed through: automated testing (axe-core, Lighthouse), manual keyboard navigation testing, screen reader testing with NVDA and VoiceOver, color contrast analysis, and user feedback.
